摘要
采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酸酯乳液,着重阐述了乳化体系、引发体系、聚合温度、功能性单体用量、单体滴加时间、搅拌速率以PH值等因素对丙烯酸酯乳液聚合稳定性的影响,确定了稳定合成丙烯酸酯乳液的最佳工艺条件。
Acrylate emulsion was prepared by the method of pre-emulsification semi—continuous seeded emulsion polymerization.Effect of the factors such as emulsion system,initiating system,temperature for polymerization,consumption of functional monomers,monomer adding time,agitation rate and PH value on the stability of acrylate emulsion polymerization were emphatically elaborated.The optimum technological conditions for stable synthetic of acrylate emulsion.
