四缸汽油机电控喷油与点火系统设计

摘要 为了满足现代汽油机对节能、减排和抗干扰特性的要求,以四缸汽油机为设计研究对象,设计了基于freescale MPC564微处理器的电控喷油与点火系统,研究并确定了该系统的控制策略,设计了喷油和点火控制程序流程图,实现了用MC33810芯片直接驱动喷油器和点火线圈,试验表明,该系统具有结构简单、驱动方式灵活、稳定性好和使用寿命长等特点。 Electronic Fuel Injection(EFI) and Electronic Ignition(EI) system were designed based on Freescale MPC564 microprocessor to meet requirements for energy saving,emission reduction and anti-interference feature of four-cylinder gasoline engine.Control strategies based on the platform were realized,and flow diagram for injection and ignition was designed also.Direct driving for fuel injector and ignition coil with MC33810 chip was achieved in this paper.It was showed by experiments that the system had some characteristics,such as simple circuit,flexible driving mode,strong stability and long service life.
