摘要
以宁波电网AVC系统为研究背景,对无功优化实用化的相关问题进行研究。提出了解决无功优化配置方案,并利用宁波电网的实际数据进行计算,给出分析结论。结果表明,宁波电网AVC系统采用的分支定界法能有效地解决混合整数问题,可以满足闭环控制的实时性要求,保证控制策略的完备性、可靠性、快速性以及全局最优性,在实际电网运行中能够发挥较大作用。
The rudimentary study and research were carried out on the practical use of AVC system in Ningbo grid.The optimal compensating allocation and no-load tap settings were presented,and the efficient optimization tool was discussed.Algorithms were tested on Ningbo power grid.Test result showed that the branch and bound method can meet the requirements of real-time automatic voltage control on completeness,reliability,efficiency,and global optimality.The proposed automatic voltage control system can actually play an important role in the power grid.
