甲醇制取烃类燃料的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用固定床反应器对不同温度和压力下甲醇制取烃类燃料进行了研究。催化剂选用沸石分子筛HZSM-5,Si/Al比为25;反应原料为甲醇水溶液(83%)。在体积空速为8h-1的条件下,研究了300、350、400、450℃及常压、1、1.5、2、2.5 MPa压力下甲醇的转化率、油相得率和气体得率。研究结果显示,反应的最佳温度为400℃、压力为2 MPa,在此条件下,甲醇转化率接近100%,油相得率最高。 The effect of temperature and pressure based on fixed bed reactor were investigated for hydrocarbon fuels produced from methanol.The catalyst of HZSM-5(Si/Al =25) and the feed of methanol-water solution(83%)were used for this study.Under the condition of liquid hourly space velocity of 8h-1,temperature of 300,350,400,450℃ and pressure of 1,1.5,2,2.5MPa,hydrocarbon fuels production were respectively researched,and the methanol conversion,oil and gas yield were analyzed.The results showed that the best condition for the highest oil yield was that the temperature was 400℃,the pressure was 2MPa.The methanol conversion was close to 100%.
