摘要
本文以发动机齿轮室盖产品生产中发生的质量问题为先导,对产品工艺方案、模具结构及材料的分析和研究,通过改进和完善工艺技术方案与生产过程,形成拉延模技术应用的新理念,为今后类似零件的产品开发、工艺制定、模具设计、调试提供借鉴作用。
In this text,according to the quality issue happened in process of gear box production, then take deep analysis and study to product process proposal,improves product technical proposal and production process,mold structure and material,get a new theory of iron sheet low-drawing application,set a good sample to similar parts developing,process designing,mold designing and adjusting.
