摘要
结合220 kV 800 mm^2 XLPE电缆绝缘厚度的设计,通过相关试验比较了平均场强和最大场强2种设计方法,试验结果表明,2种设计方法是一致的,但平均场强方法可反应电老化、热老化等因素的量化影响,设计方法简单。同时,通过试验,进一步验证了上海上缆藤仓电缆有限公司按国标规定生产的220 kV电缆的设计工作场强及绝缘厚度与国外先进国家水平较接近,并仍有足够的裕度。试验取得的参数对进一步减薄绝缘厚度有一定的参考价值。
This paper presents the compare test method for insulation thickness calculation in 200 kV 800 mm^2 XLPE cable.The author displays and does comparison between mean stress and maxim stress design,which can receive the same conclusion.And in this paper,there is a result about that the actual insulation thickness adopted by SHANGHAI FUJIKURA CABLE is demonstrated and made allowance for nominal and actual stress.
