Production Planning System for Elevator under Limited Resource

介绍了一种生产计划系统及其信息系统。从电梯产品特点与客户需求特点出发,分析了单一生产模式的优缺点,提出了订单生产(Make to Order)+现货生产(Make to Stock)混合生产模式,以及计划组成,并简要介绍了信息系统的组成。

In the paper,a production planning system and its information system is introduced. Based on the analysis of elevator characteristics and customer requirements speciality,at first,advantages and disadvantages of different single planning strategy are analyzed,then,a MTO and MTS hybrid planning strategy is provided and its plan types are introduced,in the end,the planning information system is briefly described.
