直廓珩磨轮内珩齿的理论研究

摘要 采用空间交错轴啮合理论对内啮合珩齿方法做了理论性研究。推导出了直廓珩磨轮的方程和直廓珩磨轮的内啮合包络方程,并与被加工齿轮渐开线齿面做了比较。为了得到理想的齿形,对珩磨轮进行适当的修形,推导出了修形后的齿形方程及包络曲线。另外还给出了加工出鼓形齿的方法。为内啮合珩齿的实际应用提供了理论依据。 Based on the theory of the space-crossed-axis internal gearing,the theoretical study on the plane internal gear honing method is carried out,and the envelope equation of the plane internal honing wheel tooth flank is derived.The equation of movement with the fixed method the plane internal honing wheel tooth flank is also derived,and compared with the normal involute tooth flank.We adjusted the shape of the tooth flank for getting the perfect shape.On the other hand,the article provided the method of machining drum shape tooth,and the theoretical basis for practice uses.
