摘要
利用CMOS工艺下衬底型双极晶体管的温度特性,设计一种精度较高的温度传感器,斩波(chopping)技术和动态元件匹配(DEM)技术的应用很好地解决了失调电压和工艺误差引起的不匹配对温度传感器性能的影响。
A high accuracy temperature sensor is designed by applying the temperature characteristics of a substrate bipolar transistor in CMOS technology.The use of dynamic element matching and chopping enables us to solve problems caused by IC technology mismatching.
