电能信息采集终端手机卡管理研究

Management Research on Mobile SIM Card of Electric Energy Data Acquisition End

对电能信息采集终端手机卡的管理进行了研究,报告了当前的管理难度、通用方法和问题的现状,提出了用IP技术实时侦测终端手机卡辅加行政规定的管理方法,实现了终端手机卡领取后的安装、变动、未建档和未用的跟踪,达到了信息准确的管理目的。这种方法实时性强、准确度高、管理成本低。实践证明这种管理方法是成功的。

This paper provides a management research on mobile SIM card for electric energy data acquisition end.The paper reviews the difficulties on management and the current situation of common methodology and problems,highlights the management on additional administrative requirements for real-time monitoring on mobile SIM card with the use of IP technology and the ability to track on issues relate d to installation,alternation,undocumented and unused situation after the SIM card has been received by end-users,and therefore reaches the managerial purpose of information accuracy.In practice,it is proved that such management method comes to a success with strong real-time,high accuracy and low-cost.
