摘要
随着城市生活垃圾焚烧技术的快速发展,实现余热的高效回收利用、降低废物处理成本,提高废物资源循环利用率成为行业发展的突出问题之一。通过对某实际工程的焚烧系统进行垃圾成分最高值、设计值和最低值热平衡计算,分析得出了垃圾焚烧系统影响焚烧热效率的主要因素为"3T+E",并针对这些影响因素提出了提高热效率的有效方法,为垃圾焚烧电厂的余热高效利用提供参考。
With the rapid development of municipal solid waste incineration technology,ensuring high-efficiency utilization of the waste heat recovery,minimizing their treatment costs wastes and improving the recycling of waste resources have become the prominent problems in this field.Through heat balance calculation & analysis of incineration system,take a MSW incineration practical project as an example,this article calculated each the heat loss with different fuel components,analyzed and found that the '3T + E' are the main factors which affect the waste incineration system efficiency,and gives some solutions to improve the plant thermal efficiency as well,The results can offer a useful reference for high-efficiency utilization of the waste heat recovery and the recycling of waste resources.
