摘要
针对普通四象限变频器体积太大,无法满足梭车牵引的使用要求。提出一种特殊四象限变频器的设计方法,放弃了复杂的PWM回馈算法,设计了IGBT的六脉波回馈控制策略,去掉了主电路的输入电抗器和正弦波滤波器等其它器件,有效减少了变频器本体体积,约缩减为原来的四分之一。经梭车的地面试验,验证了该变频器设计满足整车的使用要求。
Aiming at the fact that common four-quadrant VFD is too large in volume & can not meet the need of shuttle vehicle traction,this paper puts forward a special design method of a fourquadrant inverter and gives up the complicated PWM feedback algorithm.IGBT six-pulse feedback control strategy is designed to remove the input reactor,sine wave filter and other devices of the main circuit,which makes bulky volume reduce to about a quarter of the original volume.The ground test of the shuttle vehicle has confirmed that the design of the new inverter can meet the use requirements of the vehicle.
