摘要 以适用于低水头河流发电的小型水力发电系统为研究对象,通过设计了一个可折叠-四叶交互式水轮机,组建了一个径流式水轮机水力发电系统。其主要特点是水轮机悬架于水面上方,四个叶片对相互独立,依靠电磁离合器控制其动作。同时,每一个叶片由可在90。~180。角活动的两片折叠叶片构成,特殊的结构可以起到减小叶片风阻和增加叶片下落力矩的作用。整套系统结构简单,应用方便,在很大程度上解决了只具有小型河流分布地区的用电问题,同时可应用于沿河公路上的电动汽车充电。 A small runoff hydraulic power generation system for the low-water head river is built in this paper.There are four foldable and interactive blades on this turbine,and its main characteristic is the turbine suspended above the water.Four blades are independent to each other,and are controlled by the electromagnetic clutch.At the same time,each blade has two folded parts,which can act in 90 °-180.Special structure has reduced wind resistance of the blade and increased the blade falling torque.The structure of the whole system is simple and used conveniently,which solves the problem of electricity usage for the area with small rivers distribution.The generator system can also be used for electric cars charging which run on the highway along the river.
