摘要
文章设计了一种适用于发射机中功放之后抑制谐波的低通滤波器,其设计方法基于半集总参数思路。因要适合大功率场合的使用,该滤波器中所使用的电容是由介质基片上的铜皮与接地面之间形成平行板电容构成,电感则是采用线径为2mm的镀银铜线绕制而成。文中给出了该低通滤波器的设计步骤;仿真结果与测试结果基本吻合,验证了该方法的可行性,具有较强的工程实用价值。
This paper designs a low-pass filter as required after power amplifiers to prevent harmonics in the transmitter,the design method is based on semi-lumped.Because the filter should handle high power of continuous wave,the capacitive elements of the filter are made up by the capacitance formed by the large areas of copper with a ground plane under the substrate,the inductors are winded with 2mm silver-coated copper wire.The paper demonstrates the design process of the low-pass filter.Agreement between simulation results and test results are attained,which validates the feasibility of this method and its great value to engineering.
