摘要
目的:为确保银芩片质量,对其质量标准进行研究。方法:对方中的金银花、三七叶、鱼腥草进行TLC鉴别。结果:各TLC图谱清晰,斑点明显且分离较好,比移值适中,重现性好。结论:所建立的方法准确可靠,可用于其质量控制。
Objective:To ensure the quality and establish the quality criteria of Yinqin tablet.Method:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was employed to qualitatively identify the Lonicera japonica,sanchi leaf and heartleaf houttuynia herb in Yinqin tablet.Result:The chromatogram was clear with the distinctive spot of good separation.Rf value was suitable with good reproducibility.Conclusion:The method of TLC is simple,feasible,reproducible and sensitive,which can be used for the quality control of Yinqin tablet
