我院门诊中药处方调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital

目的:通过对我院中药处方进行分析,了解我院2011年中药处方的临床使用存在的问题。方法:利用我院信息管理系统进行数据统计。对我院中药处方的书写、处方数、用量、药味等情况进行调查分析。结果:我院中药处方存在剂量偏大,药味偏多,剂数也超过《处方管理办法》(试行)规定、重复用药、不写用水量和脚注等问题。结论:必须加强中药处方的管理工作,为临床用药安全和合理用药提供参考。促进临床合理用药,更好地解决看病贵问题。

Objective:To investigate the problems of Chinese medicine prescription in clinical use of our hospital in 2011,by analysis of the Chinese medicine prescription.Method:The data statistic analysis was carried out in our hospital using the information management system.The writing,amount,dosage,herbal medicines and so on our hospital's Chinese medicine prescription were investigated and analyzed.Result:There were many problems in our hospital's prescriptions,such as overdosage,too many herbal medicines in a prescription,potion amounts over the regulation of the prescription management methods(trial implementation),repeated drug use,not include water use and footnote etc.Conclusion:The hospital must reinforce the Chinese medicine prescription management to provide the reference for safety and reasonable clinical medication,and promote rational clinical using medication to solve the high cost of obtaining medical service.
