摘要
目的:对半夏蛋白的组成情况进行初步的探讨和分析,了解半夏种质资源的差异。方法:利用毛细管电泳提供的蛋白信息,采用SPSS主成分分析法对半夏的蛋白组分进行分析,通过聚类分析结果了解半夏种质资源之间的关系。结果:根据高效毛细管电泳的信息,通过主成分分析和聚类分析,对半夏种子资源进行分类比较,结果表明半夏蛋白的组成与其地域分布有一定的关系。结论:不同来源的半夏种质资源之间存在一定的亲缘关系,可为半夏优良品种的筛选奠定基础。
Objective:Germplasm resources difference of Pinellia was investigated by preliminary study and analysis of the protein composition.Method:The protein of Pinellia was analyzed by the capillary electrophoresis,and the results were analyzed using principal component analysis,and the relations of germplasm resources were analyzed using cluster analysis.Result:The different populations of Pinellia resources were compared by principal component analysis and the cluster analysis.The results showed that the composition of its protein was relation to the geographical distribution.Conclusion:Genetic relationship can be found in Pinellia of different germplasm resources which can provide the reference for screening of fine varieties.
