“扶正达邪、内外并治”理论探治寻常型银屑病进行期(血热证)临床观察

The clinical observation of acute psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syndrome under the guidance of “Fuzhengdaxie and Neiwaibingzhi” theory

目的:系统观察艾儒棣教授"扶正达邪、内外并治"中医理论治疗进行期血热证寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将入组的90例患者中,按随机法分为3组(内服中药加药浴组;内服中药组;中西医结合组)。观察各组治疗前后症状的改变,并对各组资料进行统计分析。结果:在疗效方面,口服中药组、中西药结合治疗组有效率分别为66.67%、73.33%,内服中药加药浴组有效率93.33%,三组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明内服中药加药浴治疗效果优于单纯中药口服和中西医结合组治疗效果。结论:"扶正达邪、内外并治"中医理论在治疗进行期血热证寻常型银屑病疗效方面具有明显的指导价值,此理论值得在临床尤其在基层医院推广应用。

Objective:To systematically observe the clinical efficacy and safety of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris treated by Chinese medicine under the guidance of ' Fuzhengdaxie and Neiwaibingzhi ' theory put forward by Professor Ai.Method:90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups(internal medicine dosing bath group;internal medicine group;Integrative Medicine group).The change of symptoms before and after treatment were observed in each group,and data was statistically analyzed.Result:Oral medicine group and western medicine combination therapy group had an efficiency of 66.67% and 73.33% respectively.Internal medicine dosing bath group had an efficiency of 93.33%.The total effective rate difference was statistically significant in the three groups(P <0.05) which suggested that internal medicine dosing bath treatment was superior than simple oral medicine and western medicine combined group.Conclusion:' Fuzhengdaxie and Neiwaibingzhi ' theory show the guidance value in the treatment of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris by Chinese medicine.And the theory is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice,especially in the primary hospital.
