摘要
在对供油泵电磁阀的驱动电路进行研究的基础上,设计了一种硬件电路,以电磁阀驱动电流的采样信号为输入,通过微分、放大、比较等电路处理,最终输出实际的电磁阀关闭时刻信号,以此作为供油始点输出给单片机,对供油提前角进行闭环控制,实验表明,该电路能够提高供油量的控制精度,且该电路的输出信号还可作为电磁阀的故障诊断依据。
In this paper,based on the study on peripheral circuit for solenoid valve and by taking sample signal of driven-current for fuel pump as input,a new designed hardware circuit,which applies hardware circuit processing such as integration,amplification,and comparison,finally outputs the real closing-time signal for solenoid valve,that is the real starting point of fuel pumping,was developed.Then put the starting of fuel pumping into micro controller,the test shows a closed-feedback control for the fuel pumping angle improved the controlling precision of fuel quantity;otherwise,the output signal also plays the role as source of failure diagnosis.
