摘要
火电厂典型的烟气脱硝工艺——选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)法中催化剂活性是影响脱硝效率的关键因素。为了合理评价SCR催化剂活性,通过对SCR烟气脱硝系统各子系统功能的模拟,设计制作了适用于实验室条件的烟气脱硝催化剂活性测试装置,并对V2O5-TiO2脱硝催化剂进行了催化性能测试。实验结果表明,在温度为550℃时脱硝效率为87%;在喷氨量n(NH3):n(NO)=1.4时,脱硝效率接近85%,与工业上使用情况基本吻合。该小型脱硝装置设计较为合理,能基本完成常规脱硝催化剂活性评价。
Catalyst performance in selective catalytic reduction(SCR) process,which is generally used in power plants at present to removel NOx,is crucial to NOx removal efficiency.By imitating industrial flue gas SCR unit,the equipment to test catalyst performance of SCR process was designed and set up in a laboratory-scale,and the typical V2O5-TiO2 catalyst test was completed on the equipment.The results show that NOx removal efficiency is 87% at 550 ℃ and is 85% at n(NH3):n(NO)=1.4,respectively.The results approach to the industrial NOx removal efficiency,which indicates the design is reasonable.
