离子色谱仪测定火电厂补给水中的阴离子

Study on Ion Chromatography in the Determination of Inorganic Anions in Supply Water of Power Plant

摘要 以DIONEX公司生产的ICS-90型离子色谱仪测定了黄浦江水及长江水中F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-、HPO42-等阴离子,同时建立了最佳色谱条件。研究结果表明,在淋洗液浓度组成为3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3+1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3,流速为1.2 mL/min条件下,各种离子能够完全分离。峰面积的RSD为1.41%~2.07%,各离子加标回收率为100.6%~104.1%,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 7~0.999 9。该方法具有灵敏、准确、简便等优点,适合用于地表水中不同浓度阴离子分析。 A method was introduced for the determination of anions in Huangpu River and Changjiang River by ion chromatograph produced by DIONEX Company simultaneously and the analysis condition was optimized.The results show that the concentration composition is 3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3 plus 1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 and the optimization velocity flow was 1.2 mL/min.And every kind of anions can be separate completely under the optimized conditions.The RSD of peak area are from 1.41% to 2.07% and the recoveries are from 100.6% to 104.1%;the correlation coefficient is from 0.999 7 to 0.999 9.The method proves to be high sensitive,accurate and simple.It is adapt to determinate different inorganic anions of ground water.
