Strengthening the Management of Equipment Acceptance Check to Ensure the Equipment Running up to Standard

针对当前设备验收工作中存在的一些问题,通过建立健全的验收管理制度和验收规范,从制度上保障设备的质量,并通过加强内部管理、明确供应商在验收中的责任与义务、制定合理的验收方案与标准等措施,强化设备验收管理,确保设备达标运行,最终有效地促进了设备使用效率的提高。

This article focused on the existing problems of acceptance check for equipment.It aims to clarify how to guarantee the quality of equipment by establishing a sound management system and acceptance norm.Meanwhile,it refers to strengthen the management of equipment check so as to ensure that the equipment running is up to standard by improving internal management in the university,distinguishing suppliers' responsibility and commitment,creating the validated project and acceptance standard for the equipment,and so on.Based on the practice during the past several years,certain results were achieved.Because acceptance check of the equipment is timely,the technology management is enhanced,and the technological level of the operators is improved,finally,the service efficiency of equipments is remarkably promoted.
