褐煤焦吸附烟气中气态汞的实验研究

An experimental study on coal-char sorbents for gas-phase mercury removal from flue gas

摘要 利用汞渗透管的汞蒸气发生装置和其他烟气成分模拟烟气条件,在小型固定床实验台上开展褐煤焦脱除Hg0的试验研究。结果表明:O2和HCl单独存在时均能够有效地促进单质汞在煤焦上的吸附,使煤焦的穿透率减少,吸附效率提高;SO2的存在会造成竞争吸附,抑制煤焦对Hg0的吸附;NO对煤焦吸附Hg0影响不大。随着入口汞浓度的增加,煤焦的穿透率增加;随着吸附反应温度的升高,煤焦的穿透增加,吸附效率降低。 The mechanisms of elemental mercury capture by coal-char was studied by using a bench-scale fixed-bed apparatus.The result showed that,O2 and HCl all could promote Hg0 adsorption on coal-char,reduce penetration ratio and increase removal efficiency when they were existed alone in the flue gas;SO2 would cause competition adsorption and inhibit Hg0 adsorption on coal-char;NO had no effect on Hg0adsorption in coal-char.The penetration ratio of coal-char increased as the inlet mercury concentration increased;as the adsorption temperature increased,the performance of coal-chars deteriorated.
