摘要
在确保产品质量的前提下,用技术创新来缩短检测周期是核电制造技术发展面临的挑战之一。通过长期检测实践与国内外检测手段、方法的比较,对理化检测新技术提出了理化试件加工方法、检测过程技术改进和检测设备的改造方案。新技术的使用缩短了理化试验的周期,简化了过程,提高了工作效率和检测精度。
Through technology innovation to shorten the testing cycle is one of the challenges of nuclear power manufacturing technology, which is on the premise of ensuring product quality. Through long-term testing practice and comparison of detecting means and method at home and abroad, it is raised that new technologies for mechanical property and chemical composition test including methods of test specimen, technical improvements of detection process and the transformation proposal of test equipment. The application of new technologies can shorten the test schedule, simplified the process and raised the efficiency, as well as the accurate of the detecting result.
