摘要
针对新能源汽车用空调电动压缩机,开发出一体化通信控制模块。该模块采用在汽车控制与通信系统中广泛使用的现场总线CANBUS技术,将电动压缩机设计为整车控制器局域网(CAN)总线的一个节点。通过总线数据传输,汽车空调可通过特殊指令驱动电动压缩机按指令运转,同时,压缩机工作状态也被编码成一定格式的数据实时反馈至汽车空调控制器,使空调压缩机的控制与监测更加有效和准确。
The integrated communication control module for the Energy Vehicles(EV) air conditioning compressor has been developed. The module is applied fieldbus Controller Area Network(CAN) technology, which widely used in vehicle control and communication system. The electric compressor is designed as a vehicle CAN node. Via the bus data transmission, the vehicle air conditioning through a special instruction to drive electric compressor according to the operating instruction to run. The state of the compressor is encoded into a certain format of real-time data feedback to the vehicle air conditioning controller. So it becomes more efficient and accurate for control and monitoring of the air conditioning compressor.
