摘要
为了提高特殊高强度气体放电灯(HID)的钼丝与镍丝焊接强度的可靠性,在电阻焊接的过程中对灯丝焊接深度进行实时检测,焊接深度达到预设定值后及时切断焊接脉冲,从而提高了焊接强度的可靠性,为此在焊接设备上引入一套焊接深度位移控制系统,并在生产中建立焊接深度的统计方法的工艺控制(SPC)控制后,焊接质量明显提高,有效控制了最终检验焊接不牢靠的废品率。
In order to have a reliable welding strength between Molybdenum wire and Nickel wire of special HID(High Intensity gas Discharge)lamp,the welding depth between both wires will be monitored during resistance welding process,once the welding depth reaches the set value the welding pulse will be cut off immediately,in this way the welding strength could be guaranteed,so the welding quality enhances effectively and the reject rate of loose weld reduced significantly after a displacement control system installed on the welding machine as well as a SPC(Statistical Process Control)control being established for welding depth.
