摘要
基于被动安全设计技术思想,进行车体结构的耐碰撞设计。对车体结构进行耐碰撞仿真计算分析,根据仿真计算结果分析车体结构的耐碰撞性,验证车辆设计中防爬器、塑性变形吸能区的有效性。得出车体塑性大变形均仅发生在车体端部的非乘客区,弹性小,变形发生在车体的乘客区的结论。同时,变形过程稳定,没产生失稳,设计符合预期的安全要求。
Collision-resistant design for the carbody structure is presented here based on the passive safety design technology.Collision-resistant simulation computation and analysis are made for the car body structure,according to the results,the collision-resistant is analyzed,as well as the effectiveness of the anti-climber and flexible transmogrification.It is concluded that big flexible transmogrification of the carbody happens only in the non-passenger area of the car,while small elastic transmogrification occurs in the passenger area of the car.Meanwhile,the transmogrification process is stable,instability doesn't happen,and the design meets the expected safety requirement.
