摘要 确定滨海核电厂厂坪标高主要考虑的因素有厂址设计基准洪水位、循环水泵运行费用和场地土石方挖填平衡。在满足厂址设计基准洪水位要求的情况下,厂坪标高的确定与常规岛侧主厂房布置方案密切相关,以某正在筹建的滨海核电厂为例,针对常规岛侧不同的布置方案分别进行技术经济比较,以求得最经济的厂坪标高。 The main factors in determination of coastal nuclear power plant floor elevation includes the site design basis flood level,circulating pumps running costs and balance of earth-rock.On condition that meeting the site design basis flood level requirement,floor elevation is closely related to layout design of conventional island.A coastal nuclear power plant under construction as an example,technical economic comparison is carried out for different layout for the conventional island side,in order to achieve the most economical plant floor elevation.
