摘要
针对细纱机牵伸机构的工作情况,用CAD建立细纱机牵伸机构的三维有限元模型,采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS,对细纱机牵伸机构的工作状态进行数值分析,得到上、下皮圈之间的接触应力值,为找到牵伸机构异常工作状态的成因提供了依据,并提供了恢复牵伸机构正常工作的改进途径,为后续的机构设计和校核奠定了基础。
According to the work status of double aprons drafting system on spinning frame,a 3D finite element model is established by the CAD software.ABAQUS is used to analyze the finite element of double aprons drafting system on spinning frames and get the stress value of apron,which provides foundation for abnormity and way of development of the equipment.Basis is established for follow-up design and emendation.
