摘要
介绍了6RT-FLEX82C超大型船用曲轴的结构特点与加工工艺方法等,对精加工过程中的关键工艺过程、加工难点及解决方案做了详细阐述。为超大型曲轴的加工积累了大量经验,对类似结构的产品国产化制造具有借鉴意义。
This paper presents the configuration and the machining process of 6RT-FLEX82C ultra-large scale crankshaft,descrbes the critical process which can solve the problems in the finish mashing operation. Therefore much experience has been obtained in crankshaft machining,which can be used for refense in localization of the similar products.
