摘要
近年来随着社会主义新农村建设的推进和农村基础设施的改善,现代农业的发展,农村居民生活水平的提高,城镇和中心村规模扩大,而家电下乡的刺激和煤炭价格的上涨,导致农村居民负荷分布和时效性发生重大变化,这种状况是"两网"改造时所未能预测到和实施到的,负荷增加和农村客户对供电质量要求的提高,给供电企业优质服务工作带来了极大的压力,本论文仅就农村配网采用10 kV单、三相混合供电方式提高供电质量保证能力进行研究。
New socialist countryside construction and rural infrastructure improvement in recent years lead to major changes in rural residents load distribution and timeliness,which put forward higher request to power supply quality and bring great pressure to the power supply enterprise.In this case,the paper stats the present situation of power supply to rural residents,forecasts the future situation of electricity utilization according to actual rural development,summarizes the probloms existing in hybrid power supply mode in both 10 kv single & three phases and conducts research on how to guarantee rural power supply quality.
