With the development of the control technology,electronic technology and micro processing technology,intelligent frequency electric actuator has become the development direction in the modern electric actuator.Based on the composition and basic work principle of the intelligent electric actuator and taking SIPOS 5 FLASH in modern industry as the example,the paper discusses the advantages of using the frequency technology.Then it analyses the situation where the common fault(low voltage) may occur and the solution countermeasures.
