摘要 大唐太原第二热电厂9#机组DCS系统与DEH系统各自独立设计。对于DCS侧的一次调频,确定转速差、主汽流量、真空、机组负荷、汽机进汽调节阀开度与一次调频负荷的函数关系。采用信号小选模块,在DCS控制系统中组态,形成了与机组出力相适应的一次调频负荷指令回路。并考察了对汽压、真空、汽温、汽包水位、响应速度的影响,实践应用表明效果良好。 In design,DCS system is quite independent from DEH system of NO.9 power unit in Datang Taiyuan Co-Generation Power Plant.To the primary frequency regulation loops in the DCS,the function must be determined between the primary frequency regulation load of 200MW air-cooled co-gen unit and the speed difference,the flow of main steam,the practical load,the vacuum & the aperture of the turbine inlet valve.Using small signal selection module to configurate the control loops in DCS system created loops of the primary frequency regulation load demand adapting with the capacity of the power unit.At last the influence was examined on the steam pressure and temperature, the vacuum,the water level of boiler steam package & the response rate of the primary frequency regulation.The practice showed that the result is good.
