摘要
目的:比较不同居群半夏中总酸的含量。方法:采用电位滴定法,以琥珀酸为对照品,以二级微商法确定滴定终点,测定不同居群半夏中总酸的含量。结果:不同居群半夏总酸含量差别较大,其范围在0.415%~0.591%之间,以四川安岳半夏的总酸含量最高,山东单县的含量最低。结论:电位滴定法测定半夏中总酸含量方法简便、准确、重现性好,总酸在不同居群半夏间差异较大,为半夏的规范化种植、开发利用和质量评价提供依据。
Objective:To compare the content of total acid in Pinellia ternata of various populations.Method:To measure the content of total acid in Pinellia ternata of various populations using potentiometric titration method with succinic acid as control.Result:The content of total acid in P.ternata of various populations was remarkably different,ranging from 0.415% to 0.591%.The total acid content of Pinellia ternate from Anyue county in Sichuan was the highest,and the Danxian in Shandong was the lowest.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.The content of total acid in P.ternata of various populations is remarkably different,and can be used as valuable bases for GAP and development and quality evaluation of Pinellia ternata.
