摘要
目的:探究传统藏医滋补方巴桑母酥油丸的药效学机理。方法:以不同剂量的巴桑母酥油丸灌胃放、化复合损伤"血虚证"模型小鼠14天,检测其外周血象各指标变化率,并与灌胃双蒸水组进行比较。结果:中剂量组的白细胞和网织红细胞数显著高于对照组;高剂量组的白细胞、网织红细胞显著高于对照组和低剂量组,红细胞和血红蛋白显著高于对照组。结论:巴桑母酥油丸剂量依赖性地提高模型鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、网织红细胞数,造血系统干预可能是其滋补作用机理之一;巴桑母酥油丸在缓解肿瘤病人放、化疗后的造血功能抑制中具有研究运用前景。
Objective:To explore the pharmacodynamics mechanism of traditional Tibetan tonic medicine Basangmu Suyou Wan.Method:Different dose of Basangmu Suyou Wan was given by gastric perfusion to blood deficiency syndrome mice injured by radiochemistry for 14 days.Then the peripheral hemogram change rations were tested and the results were compared with the control group which was given double distilled water.Result:The white blood cells(WBC)and reticulocytes(Rets)of middle group were obviously more than the control group.The white blood cells(WBC)and reticulocytes(Rets)of high dose group were obviously more than the control group and the low dose group.The red blood cells(RBCs)and hemoglobin(Hb)of high dose group were obviously more than the control group.Conclusion:Basangmu Suyou Wan dose-dependently raises the counts of peripheral blood WBC,RBC,Hb and Ret,which indicates that the effect on hematopoietic system is one of the possible tonic mechanisms of Basangmu Suyou Wan.Basangmu Suyou Wan has a vast research and application prospect in relief of hematopoiesis inhibition after radiochemistry therapy.
