摘要
通过对浪形保持架整形标准模下模座的改进,优化了模具结构,去除了多余的定位限制,降低了模具加工难度,减少了模具装配误差及加工成本,模具强度、刚性得到提高,保证了产品质量。
Mold structure has been optimized through modification of the lower die of standard mold for ribbon cage trimming,eliminating the unnecessary positioning limit,reducing the difficulty of mold processing,the error of mold assembly and production cost and improving the strength and rigidity,so that product quality is ensured.
