摘要
设计并合成了8个含嘧啶杂环的二氯烯丙醚类化合物。其化学结构经1H NMR、LC-MASS进行表征,测试了其生物活性,并探讨了结构与生物活性关系。初步生物活性测定表明:标题化合物具有很好的杀虫活性,在100 mg/L的剂量下,采用Potter喷雾法,化合物6a、6b、6c、6d和6e对粘虫有100%的活性;在500 mg/L浓度下,采用浸植株接虫法,化合物6a和6c对稻黑尾叶蝉的死亡率达到90%以上。
Eight novel dichloroallyl ether derivatives containing pyrimidines were designed and synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and LC-MS,and their biological activities were evaluated.The relationship between the structures and the biological activity was discussed.The preliminary bioassay results showed that the title compounds had good insecticidal activity.Compounds 6a,6b,6c,6d and 6e in Potter spray method exhibited 100% control against mythimna separata at 100 mg/L.Compounds 6a and 6c used in the plants by insect method showed more than 90% control against nephotettix cincticeps at 500 mg/L.
