摘要 建立快速灵敏检测5-(4-氟苯基)-5-氧代戊酸的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。色谱条件:采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸三乙胺为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长237 nm。加标回收率为99.15%~100.95%,变异系数0.11%。该方法简单、快捷、准确。 A method for direct determination of 5-(4'-fluorophenyl)-5-oxopentanoic acid by way of HPLC was described in this paper.The operating conditions were as follows:column:DiamonsilC18,mobile phase:acetonitrile+triethylamine phosphate,flow rate:1 mL/min,wavelength:237 nm.The recovery of 5-(4'-fluorophenyl)-5-oxopentanoic acid was 99.15%~100.95% and the variation coefficient was 0.11%,indicating that this method is simply,fast and accurate.
