摘要
煤炭经过洗选后,在装车时会有高达20%左右的水分留在车厢的煤中,而我国的煤炭又主要储存在北方严寒地区,因此多年来,煤炭在铁路运输过程中会大量的冻结在车厢内壁上,难以装卸,影响生产,影响周转,耗时、耗费。本文探究了一种煤炭运输专用防冻剂,其组分为:氯化钙、乙二醇、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、水等,及其相应的工业生产工艺,冰点可达到-50℃,具有了优良的低冰点性能,且稳定性极佳,同时对火车车皮具有良好的防腐防锈保护。
After washing the coal,in the loading time will be up to 20%of the water in the compartment of the coal, and coal in China and mainly stored in the cold northern regions,so many years,the railway transportation of coal will be a lot of frozen in the compartment wall,hard working,affecting production,affecting flow,time-consuming,economic-consuming. This article explores a special antifreeze of the coal transportation,the composition was:calcium chloride, ethylene glycol,triethanolamine,sodium benzoate,water and so on,and the corresponding industrial production processes, the freezing point up to -50℃,with a excellent performance with low freezing point,and excellent stability,while the railway carriage has a good corrosion and rust protection.
