本文叙述了一种用高浓度的铝酸钠溶液合成洗涤剂用4A沸石的方法。将烧结法氧化铝生产中铝酸钠溶液与原水玻璃直接合成4A沸石,其固含可高达300-350g/l,依次经浆化、晶化等一系列连续合成工艺制得4A沸石产品。

This paper describes a method that used a new type of sodium aluminate solution synthesis 4A zeolite for detergent. Will be in alumina production with sintering process of sodium aluminate solution and water glass in direct synthesis of 4A zeolite, its solid content can be as high as 300-350g / L, wherein the slurry, crystallization and a series of continuous synthesis process of 4A zeolite product.
