摘要
结合大庆乙烯装置急冷油系统,参考其他各家装置,对乙烯装置急冷油粘度高的原因、急冷油粘度对工艺产生的影响、传统的减粘技术和减粘塔减粘技术等的分析,得到了急冷油粘度控制的最佳方法,对同类装置有一定的参考价值。
Based on Daqing ethylene plant quench oil system and compared with the other similar plants,this article obtains an optimal method for controlling the quench oil viscosity through analysis the reasons of high viscosity of ethylene plant quech oil,its impact to the process,the traditional viscosity technology and viscosity reducing technology with the viscosity reducing columnn,which will have a certain reference value to the similar plant.
