摘要
为解决案例公司开拓周遍地区市场的需要,提出汽车特许经销商的客户终生价值评估模型,并将该模型用于公司客户价值的统计.结合各个周边地区的分类,得出按各个地区分类的客户价值和各项服务的数据统计表.最后根据该统计表,公司找到需要开拓的市场的目标地区和目标客户.
In order to meet the model company's requirement of marketing expanding,customer lifetime value evaluation model we improve is used to analyze the customer value.The data sheet of customer value and different services is based on the analysis in the area clustering.Then the target customer and target area can be defined according to the data sheet.
