地膜中酞酸酯类化合物对土壤-大豆污染的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用盆栽和田间实验研究了大豆各生育时期,不同地膜残留量(分别为CK、1倍和3倍)处理土壤和植株中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基已基)酯(DEHP)含量的差异性。结果表明,大豆各生育时期,高倍(3倍)地膜残留量土壤和植株中DBP和DEHP含量高于低倍(1倍)残留量,差异达到显著水平。1倍和3倍地膜残留量处理盆栽和田间小区土壤和植株中酞酸酯类化合物含量都随着生育周期延长而增加。各生育时期各处理土壤中DBP含量在0.02mg·kg-1~0.47mg·kg-1,DEHP含量在0.25mg·kg-1~6.13mg·kg-1,植株体内DBP含量在0.19mg·kg-1~0.90mg·kg-1,大豆各生育时期各处理植株体内均未检测出DEHP。盆栽和田间实验结论相同。图3,参12。 The pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to study the different contents of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)and ethyl-hexyl phthalate(DEHP)in soil and plants during soybean growth periods with different residual amount of mulching plastic film(CK,1-fold,3-fold).According to the experiment,the contents of DBP and DEHP of soil and plants in high(3-fold)residual mulching film samples were higher than in low(1-fold)and the difference is significant.The contents of phthalic acid esters in soil and plants were increased during the growth period both in 1-fold,3-flod residual amount of mulching plastic film.Contents of DBP were 0.02 mg·kg-1 ~0.47 mg·kg-1 and contents of DEHP were 0.25 mg·kg-1 ~6.13 mg·kg-1 in soil in the growth period.Contents of DBP in plants were 0.19 mg·kg-1 ~0.90 mg·kg-1 and the DEHP was not discovered in the plants in the growth period.Similar conclusion was abtained through the pot experiment and field experiment.
