摘要
结合CA4DC发动机国4排放开发工作,在没有增加后处理设备的开发阶段,对EGR开度、共轨系统轨压、主喷提前角、预喷油量等分别进行了标定,在此基础上,对CA4DC样机各参数进行综合优化试验,结果显示NOx,CO,HC均达到国4排放标准要求,PT值降到0.035 g/(kW.h),已达到阶段目标的要求,发动机性能得到明显改善。
When diesel engine in the Model of CA4DC which meets China's stage IV emission legislation is developed,the EGR opening angle,the common rail pressure,the main injection advance angle and the pre-injection fuel quantity are calibrated during after treatment equipment being not used.Based on these work,parameter optimization in the model of CA4DC diesel engine is made,and the test results indicate that the China's stage IV emission legislation is satisfied in the quantity of NOx,CO and HC,and the quantity of PT is declined to 0.035 g/(kW·h),and the engine performance is also improved.
