摘要
植物分类的变化直接影响着植物的鉴定及植物的命名。目前大部分植物已有较完善的分类系统,但中药桃仁、苦杏仁、郁李仁、乌梅等的基源植物分类系统一直存在异议。本文对蔷薇科李亚科植物分属的变迁情况进行了总结,并结合形态学、酶学、分子标记技术的研究成果,探讨了中药桃仁、苦杏仁、郁李仁、乌梅基原植物的分类归属问题。结果表明桃仁、苦杏仁、乌梅基原植物与李属植物存在很大的差异,应分别归属于桃属、杏属。建议中药桃仁、苦杏仁、郁李仁、乌梅的基原植物学名也应做相应修订。
The changes of the taxonomy directly affect the identification and scientific name of plant.Relatively perfect classification systems have been established for most plants,but there are still some dispute exist for the classification system of the original plants of Semen persicae,Semen armeniacae amarum,Semen pruni and Fructus mume etc.This paper summarizes the classification changes of the genera in Prunoideae,and discusses the ascription of the original plants of Semen persicae,Semen armeniacae amarum,Semen pruni and Fructus mume combining with the results of morphology,enzymology and molecular marker technology research.The results show that significant features difference exist between the original plants of Semen persicae,Semen armeniacae amarum,Fructus mume and the other Prunoideae plants,and they should belong to Amygdalus Linn and Armeniaca Mill respectively.Therefore,it is recommended that the scientific names of the original plants of Semen persicae,Semen armeniacae amarum,Semen pruni and Fructus mume should be revised respectively.
