咽炎含片中药材的薄层色谱研究

The TLC investigation of ingredients in Pharyngitic buccal tablets

目的:对复方咽炎含片中的药材进行定性研究,以便更好地控制产品质量。方法:对含片中主要药味桔梗、忍冬藤、甘草、射干四味药用薄层色谱法进行定性研究,展开系统分别为石油醚-醋酸乙酯-冰醋酸(25:7:0.5)、石油醚-氯仿-丙酮-乙酸(10:4:4:0.1)、醋酸乙酯-甲酸-冰醋酸-水(15:1:1:2.5)、三氯甲烷-甲醇(15:0.3)。结果:供试品色谱在对照品或对照药材色谱相应位置上显相同颜色斑点,所得斑点清晰,专属性强,重现性好,分离度良好,阴性样品无干扰。结论:所建立的方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于产品的质量控制。

Objective:To carry out the qualitative investigation into the ingredients of Pharyngitic buccal tablets,in order to improve the quality control of the products.Method:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was applied to identify Platycodon root,Honeysuckle stem,Glycyrrhizae rhizome and Belamcandae chinecsis.And the development systems were as follows:petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(25:7:0.5),petroleum ether-chloroform-acetone-acetic acid(10:4:4:0.1),ethyl acetate-methanoic acid-acetic acid-water(15:1:1:2.5),chloroform-methanol(15:0.3).Result:The chromatographies of the samples clearly presented the same-colored spots as the chromatographies of the reference herbs,and no interference of the negative samples can be seen.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate and reproductive and can be used for quality control of the Pharyngitic buccal tablets.
