摘要
目的:研究探索蚁附蠲痹超细微粉对佐剂性关节炎大鼠TLR/TRAF/Fas信号转导的影响,为药物治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床作用机理研究提供药理学依据。方法:用完全弗氏佐剂(FCA)于大鼠右后足跖皮下注入踝关节,复制大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型。于造模当日开始给药,每天1次,连续给药21天,于末次给药后,无菌条件下取脾脏,进行相应操作,比较模型组与其他各组之间Faslg、TLR2和TRAF6基因mRNA表达量的变化情况。结果:与模型组比较,蚁附蠲痹超细微粉高、中、低剂量组Faslg、TLR2和TRAF6基因mRNA表达量明显降低。结论:蚁附蠲痹超细微粉具有良好的抗炎作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yifu-Juanbi micropowder on the TLR/TRAF/Fas signal transduction of adjuvant arthritis rats and to provide the pharmacological basis for the treatment of arthritis deformans by drug.Method:The models of adjuvant arthritis rats was established by hypodermic injecting complete Freund's adjuvant(FCA)to its gambrels at the right metapedes voix pedis.And the drug was intragastric administrated to rat from the first day of model establishment for once a day,21 days in all.After the last administration,the spleen was taken out in asepsis condition.And the express of the mRNAs of Faslg,TLR2 and TRAF6 were compared between the model and other groups.Result:The express of the mRNAs of Faslg,TLR2 and TRAF6 of the groups of high,middle and low-dose of Yifu-Juanbi micropowder were decreased obviously compared with the model group.Conclusion:Yifu-Juanbi micropowder has superordinary anti-inflammatory effect.
