摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:糖尿病足患者58例,随机分为治疗组31例,对照组27例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上给予中药内服和外用。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病足疗效显著,明显优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on diabetic foot.Method:58 patients were divided into treatment goup and control group randomly.The control group(27 patients)was treated by western medicine and the treatment goup(31 patients)was treated by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Result:The total effectiveness of the treatment goup was much better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on diabetic foot is much better than western medicine alone.
