摘要
从偏头痛动物模型的造模机制、造模方法、观察指标以及模型特点4个方面,综述了近年来国内外常用、经典的偏头痛动物模型,以期为今后偏头痛基础研究或药物的开发提供一定的实验指导。
The article summarizes the current research on migraine animal model in recent years from the aspects of model mechanism,method,observe indicators and characteristics.The review can serve as guidance for the fundamental research in migraine and drug development in the future.
