组培半夏与传统栽培半夏性状、显微的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较不同生长周期组培半夏与传统栽培半夏在性状、显微特征方面的异同点,为后期组培半夏的规模化生产提供参考依据。方法:对组培半夏与传统栽培半夏进行性状鉴别,粉末、块茎横切面及叶片表皮的显微特征研究。结果:不同生长周期组培半夏块茎性状存在一定的差异性,尤其是在大小、形状及去皮后颜色3个方面差异性明显。在显微特征方面,不同生长周期组培半夏与传统栽培半夏在淀粉粒、导管、叶片表皮细胞及气孔类型上呈明显相似性。但在草酸钙针晶束、气孔数目方面不同生长期的组培半夏有一定的差异性。结论:随着组培半夏生长周期的延长,组培半夏在块茎性状、显微特征方面与传统栽培半夏相比较无明显差异。 Objective:To compare the character and microscopic features of Pinellia ternate cultured by tissue culture and traditional planting technology, and provide the evidence for large-scale production of tissue cultured Pinellia ternate. Method:Characteristics identification and microscopic features of Pinellia ternate cultured by tissue culture and traditional planting technology were compared. Result:The result indicated difference existed in size, shape and color in tissue cultured Pinellia ternate during different growth cycle. No obvious differences in starch, conduit, epidermal cells and stomatal apparatus were found for different cultured Pinellia ternate, but obvious difference can be found for oxalic acid calcium raphides and stomatal number. Conclusion:As growth cycle of tissue cultured Pinellia ternate extended,it is the similarity on shape and morphology is similar between tissue cultured Pinellia ternate and Pinellia ternate cultured by traditional planting technology.
